"Good afternoon. My name is Chuck Davis, employed at T.E. Spall & Son in Carbondale, PA, as the Sheet Metal Fabrication Supervisor. On several occasions, Randy has serviced two lockformers, one metal shear, and our antique notching table. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing in clear detail. He gave us advice on proper use of equipment and instructions for good maintenance.
Regarding our sheet metal shear, the clutch assembly was making a knocking sound. He explained in detail what was going on. He removed the clutch assembly, brought it to his shop, and retooled the parts using a process he came up with. Impressive.
