Our staff has over 50 years combined experience in servicing equipment throughout the Northeast Region.
Randall Pobutkiewicz: Randy started RP Machine in 1997 servicing clients in the NY, NJ, PA area. He started as a machinist and continued in the sheet metal fabrication trade until opening the doors of RP Machine.
Lisa Labbee: Lisa started the business with Randy handling account receivable and payables. With over 20 years experience in insurance marketing and office management, Lisa is a seasoned office manager and Partner of Operations at RP Machine.
Paul Mastropolo: Paul joined RP Machine after 20+ years experience in a performance engine building career. Paul handles our warehouse operations including machinery rebuilding, machine shop operation, and shipping/receiving. Paul is a certified ASE Machine Shop Technician. We welcomed Paul to our team in August, 2009.
Justin Bibik: Justin joined us after many years as a manager of an auto service business. Justin is a machinery service technician for our in-house repairs, and the newest addition to the RP Machine service team, starting February 2012.
Dania Bodensieck: Dania joined RP Machine in March of 2019 as our full-time administrative assistant. She is one of the welcoming voices when you call us! Dania came to us with many years of customer service experience including online store sales. If you have questions about an order or need assistance with placing one, she's the person to talk to!
Lisa Ryan: Lisa came aboard in 2019 as a part-time administrative assistant. She joined us after an 8-year career at a veterinary practice that she managed for 6 years. She currently handles invoicing for service calls, purchasing, and more!
